ACSA’s trainers for the Administrator Training Program (ATP) are ACSA members and leaders who are practitioners regarding the principalship. ACSA’s trainers are highly successful in providing professional development for ACSA Institutes, Academies, etc. ACSA trainers are often leaders on statewide ACSA Councils and Committees. ACSA’s ATP trainers also have valuable experience, and have been highly successful, in providing ACSA’s former AB 75/430 training.

ACSA’s ATP trainers have been school principals and/or are working with principals on an ongoing basis. ACSA’s trainers deliver training that is practical, applicable and memorable.  Participants are engaged in training in ways that help them transform their understanding of their roles as site administrators.
